1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "4777cx", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 4777cx platform operating under an internationally recognized gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the 4777cx website, mobile-optimised web interface, and all associated services, products, and features accessible at 4777cx.asia and its subdomains.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 4777cx Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 4777cx Platform by a Player following successful registration.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-withdrawable promotional credits awarded to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the PKR funds deposited by a Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process which requires Players to submit identity documentation as a condition of withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all 4777cx transactions are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4777cx. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules and policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to: the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and individual game rules. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and supplementary documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

4777cx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their account or via prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of 4777cx following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 4777cx Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. 4777cx may require age verification documentation at any time and will close any account where the age requirement has not been met, returning any real money deposits made.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active 4777cx account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of device, payment method, or personal details used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse of the Platform. Where multiple accounts are identified, 4777cx reserves the right to close all accounts, void all associated bets and bonus claims, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register on 4777cx, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• A valid Pakistani mobile phone number that you own and control
• A secure password meeting the Platform's complexity requirements
• Accurate date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older

You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your registration details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of bonus funds.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

4777cx is primarily operated for Pakistani players. 4777cx makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are legal, appropriate, or available in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of 4777cx complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

4 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 4777cx account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All bets placed and transactions conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you personally — are your responsibility.

You must notify 4777cx immediately via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 4777cx will take reasonable steps to assist, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player's own negligence in safeguarding credentials contributed to the breach.

4777cx reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity, unusual login patterns, or potential security breaches are identified, pending investigation. During any such suspension, the Player's balance remains intact.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4777cx accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the Wallet section of the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 4777cx account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits are credited subject to standard interbank processing timescales. The minimum deposit amount on 4777cx is Rs 100.

5.3 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source, are owned solely by you, and are not derived from unlawful activity. 4777cx may request documentation to verify source of funds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and return of deposits.

5.4 No Third-Party Deposits

Deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to other individuals, businesses, or organisations not registered as the account holder, are strictly prohibited. Such deposits will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for amounts held as Real Money Balance in your 4777cx account. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

6.2 KYC Verification

Completion of KYC identity verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically required includes: valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4777cx aims to complete KYC review within 24–48 working hours of document submission.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once KYC is approved, withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operational hours; bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business days subject to interbank processing timescales. These are target timescales and are not guaranteed in all circumstances.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount on 4777cx is Rs 200. Maximum withdrawal amounts apply depending on your VIP tier and verified account status. Players with higher VIP tier status benefit from elevated daily and weekly withdrawal limits.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

4777cx does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests. The receiving financial institution may apply its own charges, over which 4777cx has no control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New 4777cx Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, validity period, and eligible games are specified in the current welcome offer terms published on the Platform. 4777cx reserves the right to modify or withdraw welcome bonus offers at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using Real Money Balance first, unless the offer specifically states otherwise. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering rollover — live casino games, sports betting, and slot games carry different contribution rates as specified in each offer's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through matched betting with multiple accounts, use of automated betting systems, irregular betting patterns, or any other method designed to manipulate bonus terms constitutes bonus abuse. 4777cx reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close accounts engaged in bonus abuse without notice.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus may be held in a 4777cx account at any given time. A Player must complete or forfeit any active bonus before claiming a new one. Forfeiture of an active bonus will result in the removal of all bonus funds and any wagering progress made toward that bonus.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on 4777cx are subject to acceptance. A bet is only confirmed when a unique bet reference number is generated by the Platform and displayed to the Player. A bet confirmation displayed on-screen constitutes the binding agreement between the Player and 4777cx for that transaction.

8.2 Bet Errors & Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, technical glitches resulting in incorrect odds or market data, or software malfunctions — 4777cx reserves the right to void any bets placed under erroneous conditions. 4777cx will act in good faith and aim to rectify manifest errors promptly, with affected stakes returned to Players' accounts.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet on 4777cx and vary by market, event, and the Player's account tier. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. 4777cx reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion.

8.4 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void by 4777cx in the following circumstances: event abandonment or cancellation; market closure due to technical or data error; discovery of incorrect event data at the time of market creation; or regulatory requirement. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

8.5 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on 4777cx (including PSL and international cricket in-play markets) operate in real time. There may be a delay between real-world events and odds updating on the Platform. 4777cx reserves the right to suspend, limit, or void in-play markets without notice where data integrity is in question.

9 Casino Games

All casino games available on 4777cx — including live dealer tables, slot machines, instant win games, fishing games, and crash titles — are provided by certified third-party game developers whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems and live dealer dealing procedures are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.

By participating in casino games on 4777cx, Players acknowledge that game outcomes are determined by certified random processes and that no betting system, strategy, or pattern of play can influence the outcome of any game governed by an RNG. 4777cx accepts no responsibility for losses arising from any Player's belief that a particular strategy guarantees wins.

4777cx reserves the right to void casino rounds and withhold associated payouts where evidence of technical malfunction, data corruption, or exploitation of game software vulnerabilities is identified. Affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 4777cx and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or obscure identity
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful or criminal activity (money laundering)
• Attempting to process chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions
• Engaging in arbitrage betting in a manner calculated to exploit the Platform
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 4777cx Platform — including but not limited to the 4777cx brand name, logos, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video materials — is the intellectual property of 4777cx or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 4777cx.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, scraping, data mining, or reproduction of Platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

4777cx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even where 4777cx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4777cx shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, server failures, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or disruptions to third-party payment processing networks including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking infrastructure.

4777cx provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur during which the Platform is partially or fully unavailable.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 4777cx is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using 4777cx and accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

4777cx collects personal data including your mobile number, device information, transaction data, betting history, and KYC documentation strictly for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with regulatory obligations, and improving the Platform experience. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Responsible Gaming

4777cx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered Pakistani players from their account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit cap controls, effective immediately upon setting
• Session Reminders: Time-based alerts during extended gaming sessions
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying session time and net expenditure
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Full account access restriction for a minimum of 6 months, extendable to permanent exclusion

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion. 4777cx takes all reasonable technical steps to enforce self-exclusion and will not be liable for failures resulting from the Player's own circumvention attempts.

15 Amendments to These Terms

4777cx reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fees, withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility, or age verification requirements — we will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via registered email address or Platform notification before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes, including typographical corrections, formatting updates, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision date.

Continued use of the 4777cx Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes the Player's binding acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a Player does not accept amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of their Real Money Balance through the standard support channel.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 4777cx Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4777cx holds its international gaming license. The specific licensing jurisdiction and regulatory authority are disclosed in our About Us documentation and upon formal request to our support team.

16.1 Informal Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact the 4777cx Customer Support team via Live Chat, providing full details of the issue. 4777cx aims to resolve all Player disputes within 5 business days of receiving complete information. The majority of disputes are resolved satisfactorily at this stage without escalation.

16.2 Formal Complaints

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate a formal complaint in writing to the 4777cx Compliance team at the support email address provided on the Platform. Formal complaints will receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days and a substantive response within 14 business days.

16.3 External Adjudication

Where a formal complaint remains unresolved to the Player's satisfaction following exhaustion of 4777cx's internal complaints process, the dispute may be referred to the independent adjudication body designated by 4777cx's licensing authority.
